William "Bill" J. Anstett, 43, of Philipsburg and Boalsburg died at Philipsburg on January 30, 2008.
He was born December 15, 1964, in Wilkes Barre, the son of William and Karen L. VanWhy Anstett who survive in Boalsburg.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three sisters, Lisa L. Nicoletti and her husband Albert of Plains, PA, Bonnie Dailey and her husband Fred Dailey II of Boalsburg, and Donna Mounts of Lacey, Washington; one niece, six nephews; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Bill was a graduate of State College High School. He especially enjoyed hunting, all types of sports, playing softball, and was an avid newspaper reader. He had a remarkable memory for sporting statistics, world events, and family history. He was employed at Kentucky Fried Chicken in State College.
Friends will be received from 2 - 4 p. m. Sunday, February 3, 2008 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service, 1034 Benner Pike, State College. A mass will be celebrated in Bill's memory at 10:30 a. m. Monday, Feb. 4, 2008, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 820 Westerly Parkway, State College, with Monsignor David A. Lockard as Celebrant. Burial will be at Centre County Memorial Park, 1032 Benner Pike, State College.
