Yolanda Viola Stabile, 91, formerly of New York and State College, died Sunday, November 5, 2006, at Centre Crest Nursing Center, in Bellefonte.
She was born August 19, 1915, in New York City, a daughter of the late Anthony and Francis De Medici Carrucci.
She was married to Nicholas Stabile who preceded her in death.
While living in State College, she was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in State College.
Mrs. Stabile is survived by one son, Vincent J. Stabile and his wife Kathryn of State College; two grandchildren, John Stabile and Lynn Darlington and her husband Jesse Darlington Jr.; and three great grandchildren Jesse Darlington III, and Justin and Jack Darlington.
Following her wishes, there will be no public viewing. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 8, 2006, at 10:30 a. m., at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 820 Westerly Parkway, State College, PA. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, NY.
